Poor Management-Poor Surpervisor

Owner/supervisor of this company visits on a daily basis. While that certainly isn't the problem. the problem lies with how the employees are treated. Talking down to, verbal abuse and zero ability to work WITH the employees are only the beginning of what problems will arise.

Unless perspective employees are really desperate for work I highly recommend finding employment at another company.

Being treated this bad at work is something no person should have to go through. Over 25 employees came and went in a calender year.
