Docteur pour mon pitou!
Ça fait maintenant 4 ans que j'y vais et je suis très satisfaite et ma petite Bulle aussi!
France prend vraiment le temps de nous expliquer ce qui se passe et c'est vraiment apprécié! :)
C'est tout simplement la meilleure!
Satisfait depuis plus de 10 ans
Depuis 1998, mes chats sont accueillis à la clinique du docteur Tancelin et y sont soignés, et eu des problèmes lourds avec certains laissez moi vous dire. mais toujours j'ai eu l'heure juste. Mes chats ont vécus là des séjours parfois assez longs et fréquents les premières années, mais ils étaient chouchoutés. Me rappelerai toujours ma chatte couchée sur les genoux de la réceptioniste plutôt qu'enfermée dans une cage.
Hier soir, j'ai dû me résignée à la faire endormir et uen fois de plus, on n'a pas tenté de me vendre des traitements inutiles et couteux, mais surtout on m'a conseillé le mieux pour ma chatte considérant son état et ce fut douloureux pour moi mais je sentais que j'étais avec des gens humains qui me comprenaient.
Super service!
J'ai eu un très bon service. Le respect des petits détails, l'amabilité et le sourire. J'aime aussi croisé des clients satisfait de longue date, c'est une preuve de confiance.

Great vet!

Incredibly condescending, aggressive and lecturing experience

Not hell but not great either
