really bad service
May 28, 2010We call the company and talked to the owner Mr. Pierre for repairing the service, he sent a technician to the house and charge for $125 ( estimation)for less than 30 minutes. they don't do the job right a way . they will be back the next day for charging more the customer. they told me it would cost $300 to repair but i ended up paying $150 more if not they will not finish the work. I asked why... more

La cie climatico agit en tant que spécialiste en climatisation et réfrigération et opere sans licence de la régie du bâtiment du Quebec ni accréditations... nous avons été témoins de la facon de faire de Climatico chez une cliente ou il demandent que la thermopompe soit branché sur une plinthe chauffante dans le salon, ce qui est tout a fait illégale...pour plusieurs raisons cette entreprise... more
