The WORST service ever!!!!
This business is perhaps the worst place I have ever visited. The service was beyond appalling. First of all, who brings their kid to work and allows them to take over the store? The woman who was working there today was completely distracted by her uncontrollable, hyper son. When I showed her what was wrong with my vacuum cleaner, she just sat in her chair for the longest time refusing to get up. She literally looked over the counter and couldn't see a thing because the vacuum was on the floor of course! When she finally did get up, her son jumped on her back, screaming and then he kept pushing the buttons on my already broken vacuum cleaner. She said absolutely nothing to her son. When she finally offered a suggestion, she completely ignored me. She was too busy having someone clean her car with the company vacuum cleaner. I really needed professional assistance and when I tried talking to her about my concerns, she was too distracted with the computer - it was so pathetic. The store itself is dreadfully unorganized. There were toys on the floor which I almost tripped on (I'm not kidding) and as I looked around, I wondered if this storefront was simply a guise for another business because it was a mess. Most of the shelves were empty. The service was extremely unprofessional and I have never left a place in such distress. To the manager of this business, I say "You should be ashamed at running such a poorly organized and PATHETIC business with the worst, and I do mean the worst, employees I have ever encountered in this city!!!!"
Poor service
The service was poor and the product is over rated and over priced.

Business has been sold and they no longer rent out machines. They only do sales.
Anyway information on yelp of this business needs an update, tentatively it should be deemed closed/moved.

Do NOT use their website. This place no longer exists but they are still taking your money.
I just ordered a Carpet Cleaning rental on their site, the process went through, charged my card but they didn't send me a confirmation email. I called the number listed and it turns out whoever runs this business just up and left and didn't bother taking down the site.

Hmm the address to Clean Machines may have changed since this business was added to Yelp. I was looking up Carpet Cleaning rentals in Vancouver and stumbled upon cleanmachines.ca It's a bit confusing because the storefront at 726 Kingsway isn't "Clean Machines" (I cant remember the name now), and I got confused when trying to submit a rental request through the website.
So I called the number...
