This was the single worst experience of my entire wedding. I loved my dress, but if I had the choice I would have just got my $ back and searched elsewhere. The manager (you're NOT allowed to contact the owner, by the way) is completely rude and has no idea what customer service is. I had a great experience at this store. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful to me. I purchased my dress for an amazing price and it was great quality.
