Was sold a brand new but mechanically faulty car and the GSM was more concerned about making another sale then helping me out. Found him very condescending, rude, inappropriate and could care less about his customers. Basically told me to never come back to "his" dealership (perhaps needs to be reminded that he's just an employee at the dealership) all because I demanded another car to replace the "faulty" one I was given. He actually raised his voice and "yelled at me" with customers around. Would highly recommend staying away from this dealership as the service is not trustworthy and the GSM is simply classless.
