Horrible Service!!!
All these people care about is themselves and money!! They are very snobbly and unfriendly!! Do Ottawa a favour and don't buy or service any car here and let them go out of business then maybe they will take some lessons on how to have good customer relations!! I have not yet seen one good review. Honda cars are good but buy it in a small town dealership or, at least, somewhere where they show some friendliness and customer appreciation! I will never step in there for the rest of my life!! I'd rather take my car to Canadian Tire ( they have way more class)!!!!!
Sold Car and Didn't disclose Damage
After purchasing a car that I was told was their "test drive" car but listed as a new vehicle. The paint started discoloring on the side. Went to the dealer and they said I must have gotten in an accident, then, kicked me out after accusing me of getting in an accident. After hiring a lawyer and calling OMVIC, they "found" the receipt for a new paint job they ordered after my car was supposidely damaged on their lot. They said they will not give me the receipt for work done on it so I have no idea what happened to my car. They also want to charge me over $10,000 to get into another vehicle. They said if any of their new cars was damaged under $3000.00 they do not have to tell the consumer. Not an honest place at all.!
