Haute experience, if you're into that

This location is pretty fancy but almost a bit... uncomfortable which is inconsistent with Queen st. funkiness and ease. I got the sense that the staff seem a bit reluctant (or maybe tired) of chatting up with the customers (or maybe just with me :P). I like the reception and feel of the Rosedale salon more. Most important though, was that I loved the cut. It was exactly ask I asked and they were great at being on time for the start and end of the appointment. Huge points there. PLUS love that they offer to provide a makeup touchup at the end. The makeup artist was awesome and in his element.
