I asked this company for an estimate for a carpet cleaning on the main floor of my home (hallway and living / dining area). I gave them the square foot area of carpet that needed cleaning.
I got back an email saying they don't work in square feet, they need to know how many rooms, and a dining table (you guessed!) means that it's an 'extra' room.
I sat on that estimate for a couple of weeks,...
