Beaware of Liars and Cheaters
I bought two pieces of coffee table from this furniture store a month ago. When I got home I found the end table was wrong model no. I returned same day and got the right one. Got home and I found end table leg was scratched. Second time, I went to the shop and returned it. I was told to come to Friday to pick up new piece. I went Friday, they assembled a end table for me. I never told them to do for me despite they did it. I found the bottom shelf was broken . I refused to take it and requested again, NOT to Assemble it and get me a new piece. They again said, come next Friday and pick it up. I went again, this time, I found the end table top had a polish off. I denied to take it. The salesman brought a sparay paint, sparyed in front of me and said now you take it. I refused to take this piece again. now both owner and a salesman shouted at me and told me if I want my table then this is you have to take it. I asked for my refund, ( make sure you clarify before you take the delivery about the return policy)they refused to give me that as well. This people told me nothing can be done unless you want to go to Mazin furniture which is at keele and hway 7 , dealer of ther Mazin Furniture and get it. I said I will better pick up my table from there. I went all the way to Mazin furniture to pick up my end table. When I got home and I found there are no screws and botls to assemble this table.
It took me over one and half day to convince Mazin to send me screws for my table.
Mazin is another crook company. Never buy any furniture from this furniture made. If you do not want to put your self in nightmare, never buy anything by Mazin. If you still decide to buy , then make sure you open the item right in the shop and check each and every part, including the screws and bolts and so on. if you miss any part, they will give you hard time. If you have patience to deal with then go for it. if not, then never deal with Mazin product.
It took me over a month to get a complete piece for coffee table .
A bunch of crooks
We bought a bed and a wardrobe from them. What was delivered was sloppily made furniture (e.g. randomly applied two different colors on the wardrobe, etc), scratched and broken. The sales person kept lying to us that they would replace the furniture for 2 weeks until we ran out of patience, and they became rude and uncooperative. Finally, we had to deliver the furniture to the store ourselves, which almost resulted in a physical fight. Now we have to go to court to get our money back.

December 12, 2008Hello. Very rude, judging, and not telling the truth. Too much drama we waited for over a year for our furniture and we still didn't get it. After we get it though, we're selling it. We do not want to deal with them ever again. I hope no one ever goes here.
