Scam company!!!!!!

SCAM company!!! They can charge you however they want but never refund you since they have your credit card number. The advertisment post that it's $9.99/month, but when you give them thier credit card number and recieve their equipment, your monthy price on the monthly invoice becomes $19.99 plus tax. Secondly, for two weeks I have made calls DAILY to the technical team to get my phone working with thier modem but not once sucessful, and you better speak fluent Mandarin whether you ask for a English speaking technician or not. The most outrageous thing is after two weeks of constant tries to get the phone service working, I decided to cancel and return the equipment. Oh gosh, that's when they will give you excuses like "let me contact my supervisor and get him to give you a call back", but for a few weeks there will be no call from them. When you got angry with them the next time you call (after few weeks), the manager will tell you to return the equipment, so when you return the equipment, they say there's physical damage, but when you ask them to point out the damage on the equipment, they couldn't point it out. And they will withhold the $50 that you paid when you established services, which was for charge if the equipment was damage and refundable when there isn't any, so the equipment I returned was new condition the way they gave it to me. So I couldn't get the money back b/c they say there's damage when there isn't. The next outrageous is they will still charge you the monthly fees of the sevice when I couldn't get the phone work since the first day I recieved the equipment. In the end, they sent a collection company to collect $150 charge of services that didn't existed because from the first day I recieved my equipment it has not worked, and the collection company will call me everyday. In the end, I eventually paid the $150 for a phone service I didn't have, and to prevent any further disturbance from them to my family.
