Chubb has the worst customer service I have experienced in my career. I have been trying to add something to my contract and give them more business, but cannot get hold of a sales rep. When I get hold of the rep he says that he will get back to me and never does.

after 10+ years of continuous service I called and had my service cancelled with no fuss. a few months later they send an invoice to me for $400 dollars saying I missed payments in 2010! I pay online so the only way I could verify is pay the bank $50 to print previous statements. Without even contacting me they send letters from Canada Legal Refferal to collect. RUN! After using Chubb for 9+ years, on a credit card prepayment plan, they missed a billing from 2 years ago -- sent us a past due bill threatening to damage our credit rating and discontinue service. After multiple calls -- no one could resolve the issue. I now have a new system being installed with monthly monitoring at 1/2 the price of Chubb. I would NEVER recommend this company to any... more
