Horrible customer service
A mother of the Bride dress was ordered early April for a wedding happening end of July .
2 weeks before the wedding the bride was informed the dress would not be ready till August and she could not have her deposit returned in a rude & unsympathic tone.
Frustrating . Inconsiderate . Rude .
Pls -Avoid this location if you want your plans to go smoothly

November 09, 2010after losing weight between the time I bought the dress to the time I had to wear the dress, I need alternations.I brought it in to get fitted to me. Once I got it back, it was sewn too tight. I know I didn't gain that much weight in the past week for it to be that tight.So I brought it back to get it fixed.
