amazing chocolates
the chocolates made by bernard callebaut are in a league of their own. the shells crack with each bite (which they should do!) and the truffles melt in your mouth. a perfect chocolate recipe!

You want a Factory Tour!
August 31, 2009They offer self-guided/ or guided tours!!! Which means walk through on there own or have a Chocolaterie Bernard Callebaut expert tell you a little more then you new about chocolate. Tour hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 am - 12:00 and 2:00 - 3:30 you can call there direct line 403-266-4300 to book.There is a lot of information along side the walls when walking through the hallway downstairs... more

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!
August 24, 2009Bernard Callebaut chocolates are the absolute best chocolate I have ever tried. Not only do they have a wide variety of flavors they have a wide selection of Dark chocolate as I am trying to lose weight I have lost a total of 28 lbs and I can still have my occasional sweet tooth.
