Best hot chocolate ever
January 05, 2010We tried this restaurant after hearing rave reviews from friends and it didn't disappoint. It's a small bistro (5 tables) with friendly service from the owners. It has a full dining menu and amazing desserts. The most delicious desserts
August 25, 2009We visited Chocolate Elements 6 days after they first opened. My friend and I were with our sons so we sent them on to Cows for an ice cream and we went in to see if we could get a dessert to go.
