Chives has a chic trendy feel to it but still has a certain warmth to it and it doesn't get too loud, so you can actually here the music.

An entirely local and original experience. First, the decor is clever but not expensive, leaving resources for food and service. The local beer by Two Crows is delicious, the best local brew I've tried.
