Over-priced and incompetent service

Avoid this company like the plague. They also own a garage in LaSalle where they replaced a steering box but neglected to notice the steering rod was broken, a problem which another mechanic found. He then said this garage was incompetent (complete morons, I think were his words, lol) and should not have failed to have noticed this obvious problem, On top of which they charged 3 times more than they should have.

When I returned to them for refund, the owners denied any wrongdoing whatsoever and even though I showed them the quote by the other mechanic for 1/3rd of the price, they refused to repay anything.
