The folks here deal with a wide range of patients and a lot of the folks who come through the door are living with chronic pain issues. They have terrible telephone etiquette.

When I went for my appointment the front desk staff was not very friendly and didn't seem to want to be there.

Exam seemed rushed and the technician didn't talk and it seemed very rushed - not to mention she was very rough when doing my abdominal ultrasound. I was in for an exam for severe upper and lower abdominal pain NYD (not yet diagnosed)

This is the absolute worst place to get an ultrasound.

I had to go in for a testicular ultrasound, which in itself is pretty stressful. The technician was rude and trying to rush through the procedure. He mumbled directions at me and when we were finished, he threw a tiny wash cloth at me and walked out of the room, leaving the door wide open!!
