Il y a plusieurs endroits où se procurer des coques frites dans la région, et Chez Leo en est une qui était probablement là avant ma naissance. Ceci en dit beaucoup. Bonnes portions, prix raisonnables. Moins achalandé que chez Camille ou à l'Aboiteau, mais il me semble que l'attente est plus longue.

I live in this area where seafood is very plentiful and available. LUCKY ME! Every restaurant/take-out has their own way of preparing wonderful fried clams. I love them and have tried them in MANY places.

I could not find a website for this great little place, but a link to another review site is provided. I am not sure if Shediac Bridge is actually a separate town from Shediac, but it is just 2 miles or so north of there.
