I lost the best colourist of my life
April 18, 2011I moved away from Surrey, so I no longer went to the Guildford Chatters, I come back and the lady who always got my hair the perfect colour is now gone :( If anyone knows where Olivia from Chatters guildford is working now and could give me her info, that would be amazing. I haven't let anyone touch my hair in over a year!

Worst haircut in my entire life
March 16, 2011I'm male and went to this salon a week ago for a regular haircut. The girl was new and fresh out of hair school and didn't know what she was doing. She didn't blend or texture the hair nor did she hold up a mirror to show me the sides and backs when she was done.
