“Great Location-Great Staff!
April 15, 2012We arrived on a busy Friday morning, but our room was ready.We were on the 4th floor with a great view of the Empress. If you take your car, leave it in the parking garage. (free) You will not need it! Everything is really close. Make sure you go up to the top floor lounge and have a drink and the appetizers. Beautiful views!! We cant wait to go back!!

April 15, 2012This Hotel is ideally located downtown Victoria where the main attractions are. Hotel services were first class and personnel were helpful in providing information about the city, attractions and activities to do.
