The High Price of Poor Service

The woman working there did not even say hello as I looked through the store. I was very interested in a couple pieces but there was no service effort to assist me or answer any questions. Also, very over-prices compared to other places. One piece had poor finishing and duct tape on it and the price was $495 for a small secretary's desk! My husband went to the store without me to look at the pieces and he was put off by the same woman. Needless to say, we'll keep looking.
