Where Everybody Knows Your Name

I am constantly impressed with the personal and caring service I receive from the ladies at Charlene's; the staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. The selection is excellent and Charlene is willing to order products that I cannot find in stock. I currently live in Toronto where assistance in retail stores is difficult to find and it always so lovely to come home to Cape Breton and visit Charlene's where everyone knows my name.
