Went with a friend for shellac mani and pedi.
Pros: Lots of colors to choose from, friendly staff that provided tea and a clean job, liked the fact that they used sanitized products.
Cons: The reason I give 3stars is because my shellac mani peeled off within a week :( for the price, that was very disappointing

I had THE BEST experience at Charisma. I went with a friend this past weekend. The facility was so modern and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I enjoyed getting to talk with them throughout my pedicure. I was provided hot tea and candies.
