Nice chalet but shocking and unfair values

Every year as a group of friends we rent a chalet to get together and this is the first time that we have had such a sour and unfair experience.
For 4 days and 3 nights we got charged 550 dollars for noise violation. Upon talking with the renting company we shared that the first night was in fact right,...
