Great accoustic piano-purchase experience!!!! Purchased a Kawai K3 this week. The sales people, Michel and Benoit, were just great! They were very helpful in listening to my criteria for a piano. Avoid Italmelodie at all costs!!! I bought a ukulele from them which was defective, took it back after 3 weeks of owning it, and they had to send it in for service. 2 months later after dropping it off and still not having a replacement, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company.
