Beyond rude !!!!! There's a lot of words to describe this so called "lady"

It was my 4 year old daughter's 1st time visiting the eye Doctor. We as parents prepared her that they were very nice and friendly and wouldn't hurt her. HUH! as a parent I failed to be "HONEST" this time with my daughter, I was WRONG TOTALLY! The "Lady" Doctor, was EXTREAMLY IMPATIENT, RUDE, DEGRADING, etc. There's a lot more to that, but we will be nice. She asked my daughter to read the chart, and my Daughter being nervous and shy didnt want to "COOPERATE" by reading the pictures. She (examiner) right away, "Well if she doesnt want to cooperate we will not be able to do this. but in a VERY HARSH and DISRESPECTING WAY You'll just have to keep coming back, most kids "COOPERATE and know how to tell me what the picture is" ( Little does she know my Daughter's supposed to be in kidnagarden but advanced to grade 2, because she's very SMART & EDUCATED already at her age) She treated my daughter as if she was a " DUMMY" I had to remind her that she's just a kind, it's her 1st time, she's her on her nap time, because we waitied 45 mins later than our actual apointment time, Then we tried something else "eye drops" (waited 15 mins to do another exam) by this time my daughter wanted nothing to do with the exam, her dad tried to take her this time into the room, and he was told "maybe your wife could do a better job at helping your daughter out with this exam." So then I went to see if i could help, it was out of the question, she just didn't want to do the exam. she just wanted to go home, that's all she kept saying to me, " I want to go home now Mommy" This being said after she told my daughter "come on a 2 year old could read this" "your gonna go to school and not get ahead of your classes and fail because you can't see the chalkboard" This is all stuff you want to do to a 4 year old run her down to the ground. She obviously doesn't have any kids or any patients for them, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH KIDS WHO NEED TO SEE AN EYE DOCTOR.....DON'T GO SEE HER. We left the office with my daughter's face red as a tomato from crying, this was supposed to be a fun day at the eye doctor's, but instead it was HORRIBLE! I was totally UPSET AND let's just say "MY BLOOD BOILED" when leaving the office I knew I had to warn others of this so called "EYE DOCTOR" place. I do NOT want any other mothers walking in there with there children and feeling the way we did when we left. My Whole DAY is RUINED because of a visit to the eye doctors. If only I can call MEDICARE and ask them for my "CARD SWIPE" back, because my visit with her was WORTHLESS ! WASTE OF TIME !
