I can only speak for the dining experience at CCFV, as I am unfamiliar with the other services offered by the Centre for Vancouver's francophiles. However, if the quality of the movies/books/classes/events are as good as the food, the whole place gets five stars!

Le Centre Culturel Francophone de Vancouver houses a library, a restaurant/café and has any number of resources for the francophone or francophile.
