Pick a different cab company.
Took the driver a half hour to show. Okay, that's fine. Then the driver takes me on a tour of Niagara instead of straight to my destination. A $20 bill for what should have been a 5 minute drive. Complaints to the driver and dispatch no help - so bottom line - pick a different cab company.
