I was wanting to get some advice and estimates for a custom glass counter top in the summer of 2010 and just getting a response back by email was challenging to say the least. Once I did get a response they seemed less than interested in the job because of the custom nature. It may all depend on who you talk to there but I won't be back.

I am very disappointed with Centennial glass depot. I ordered a window on Novmber 7th and they charged my credit card to install it in three weeks. they lost the order and after several phone calls they promised a quick install, still waiting after 45days. My calls go to answering machine with no response. It is frustrating, I will never go back to this company. I will not recommend this... more
