Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a custom ring in mid November and was guaranteed christmas delivery. We called mulitple times and were always told it was coming 'next week'. We got frustrated and went in on Dec 22 only for them to look into it an find out they never ordered the ring. The best they would offer is a fake ring so my wife had something to open. They know how to blow a Christmas
