Horrible Shopping Experience

I ordered a custom ring in the middle of Novemeber and was guaranteed to have it by Christmas. We called multiple times and were always told it was coming 'next week'. We finally went in to the store on Dec 22 and they finally actually looked into it to determine they never ordered it. The best they would offer was a fake ring so my wife had something to open on Christmas. They know how to blow people's Christmas!
