brampton house purchase
I found gina to the point and very effecient had a small issue and she cleared it up very quickly. Great lawyer
Brutal
Used her in 2004 to buy our house, she was recommended from a client who raved about her. That sale went smoothly so we decided to use her services again for our current purchase.
Sadly as other reviews have pointed out our transaction with her office was a mess. Paperwork was always wrong, multiple requests for things they already had and frankly poor communication if any.
Luckly his didn't cause any delays but we did have to visit her office 3 times on our closing day due to the mistakes. Granted it wasn't entirely their fault but had they been proactive the mistakes could have easy been avoided.
It was clear to me that they take on way more business then they can handle, I didn't even see Gina once during the entire transaction and the only time I dealt with her was so she can handle my complaints.
They are priced right but the headaches aren't worth the cost savings
Terrible service, does not put client first
I used Gina several years ago to close a deal, and like others, I wanted to save some money. In the end it cost me a lot more. Like others have said, her staff is very unorganized, she made several critical mistakes that could have been avoided, and as a result, cost me money.
I know many of us are looking for a good deal to save a few bucks. But if piece of mind is more important to you, I would recommend getting a good lawyer that does their due diligence.
Don't just take it from me, do your homework and listen to what others are saying.
