The "excellent variety" of "fine wines" for sale at this Jordan winery's "elegant tasting room" includes "Rieslings that are a real treat" and "seasonal sparkling offerings"; staffers are "knowledgeable", and an "adjacent restaurant offers lovely lunches and dinners"; P.S. watch for regular wine events, like samples of the month and wine festivals (some free).

Situated on the slopes of the Beamsville Bench, the Cave Spring Estate was first planted in 1978, making it one of Niagara's most mature vinifera vineyards. Cave Spring remains true to the fruit of its vineyards and captures and preserves the individuality of Niagara's Benchlands.
