Best Italien in the region / le meilleur de la region
Cavallini est selon moi le meilleur italien de la region et peut-etre du Quebec. On y trouve un atmosphere chaleureuse et un service comparable à Modène ou Bologne. Les plats sont déicieux et preparés avec de bons ingrédients. Tout est frais - Fresh!!!! ce qui fait des plats italiens délicieux. Si on veut de la qualité, je vous recommende ce restaurant.

September 30, 2007Cavallini is truly a MUST to visit if you're close to or in Magog. The ambiance is authentic and the food fabulous. The service was fantastic and the hosts wonderfully charismatic. Im nowhere near being a good critic, so I cant give justice to this great restaurant. Youll have to see it for yourself but you wont be disappointed, trust me!
