Bait And Switch

Had sales rep show up for estimate. They had a special online for a furnace install and Central Air installed for $3995 + HST. Sales men never mentioned it and start straight into the $6000 to $8000 models. Asked about the special and got a quote. 5 minutes after he left I decided it was a good deal and called the office to let them know they made a sale. Admin. told me they would let the sales rep know and he would call me back. Waited around all day and never got a call. Called office back before five. Admin said they would page him and have him call me ASAP. Day three an no call!
I have a pregnant wife with our first child and hot weather on the way. I don't get it.
If they are too busy to take your money and make a sale, will they be too busy to come back to your house for annual servicing or a repair? If your looking for AC and a furnace, save your time and money and look elsewhere. At least save your time. They don't seem to want your money here.
