Great customer service!
We use many diferent pieces of equipment in our line of work. Over the years we have been very impressed with quality of equipment that this company rents. We even purchase equipment from them as we know everything has been maintained correctly. As for the delivery / pick up staff, they arrive on schedule with smiles.
The most impessive aspect of this company is how hard the representatives work to help get you that specific piece of equipment. Even if Cat does not have it ,they will find it for you! Now thats CUSTOMER SERVICE
