This place has gone down hill. I've been here a couple more times after my last review and feel like I'm being scammed.
I brought my car to another Honda and they were concerned about my last service and I told them I did at Castle Honda.
I don't want to point fingers and accuse without any proof but I had to take my car in again to Castle and felt that all they were doing was milking me for...

A dealership does not get any better than this. I have a new BMW and a Porsche as my other cars, Castle Honda puts Town and Country BMW and Paff Porsche Woodbridge to shame. If you want to experience what true customer service is, give these guys a try.
