Bait and switch.

Company offered me $150 via email, then when I called to book pickup they changed offer too $100. I complained, and the rep said that he would check with his manager but because my car is small that is what they offer. Called back an hour later and talked to same, now the reason I'm only getting $100 is my location. Very unprofessional.
