Business supper last night. Liked the new renos and look. My guest had to send his steak back twice (blue rare both times) as he wanted medium-medium well. Service was Abit slow in getting drinks as it seemed only one waiter but 4 or 5 others milling around. Just doesn't seem to the Carvers of old. I had the distinct pleasure of dining here a few years ago on New Year's Eve & let me tell you what an experience it was. This is a super high end restaurant, definitely wanna dress in your Sunday best for this one. The steaks are AMAZING & the service was incredible .. Be prepared to spend a lot of money at this restaurant.. For 2 of us it was well over $200 plus tip.
