Great for the price
March 08, 2013This hotel was well situated. The room was nothing special but we enjoyed the small kitchen and two bathrooms. For families with children this would be a good bet due to the pool, hot tubs, play room and availability of board games. For the price this was a great spot.

“Good price value for one night stay, really poor service”
March 07, 2013It took 20 minutes to check in, we requested a crib and didn't get it until we called several times, one person at the reception trying to take care of all customers while ignoring the phone ringing off the hook. They didn't have the expedia reservation information so they had to ask all the details all over again.

“Great Value”
March 07, 2013The hotel was a terrific value-2 bedrooms with kitchen, common area, balcony for a week; made work and personal time very productive for my team. Great location with good restaurants nearby, interesting walks with the University of Ottawa, embassies and museums nearby. Not glitzy new but solid value.
