Terrible, rude customer service

Though there is a large selection, customer service at the Crowchild location has been terrible the four or five times I've visited. Management claims it's because they are understaffed, but I find this a poor excuse for the lack of basic courtesy (such as making eye contact, saying hello, thank you, etc.).
