These people ruined my wedding
Our wedding took place at Carmen's in August, 2009 and it was terrible. What started out as a nice day turned out to be ruined by a disorganized operation. First The colours of the hall were wrong. I asked for this to be changed but everyone just looked at me as if I was speaking another language. Then when the meal came the pasta was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager and she came over and said it was too late to do anything about it. She said sorry and was apologetic but it didn't change the fact that the pasta was wrong. Then a waiter spilled wine all over my mothers dress, he was trying to do his best but he was so young and inexperienced that he almost started to cry. Then I order the flaming dessert and the show had to be stopped half way through because one of the servers caught his serving cart on fire. They used an extinguisher to put it out but it didn't help. I could go on but all I can say is find someother place to book your wedding, this place ruined my day.

I was at Carmen's recently for my cousin's wedding. She wowed the whole family with her affordable, all-inclusive wedding deal (seriously, I think the only things she had to worry about was the dress and the photographer). I was recently in a wedding that took place at Carmen's. We stayed in the hotel and everything was perfect. The young man, Steven, who was at the front desk was there all weekend and made us feel right at home. He was welcoming and incredibly helpful and kind.
