Bad Communication

I took a skate in to have another blade put on it ... eight weeks later ... I am still waiting after I was told it would be a two week job. I did get one phone call after one month from the Manager and I was told if I still wanted it fixed ... I gave the go ahead and I never heard back from them I even e-mailed them three days ago before submitting this negative comment !
