Staff are very knowledgeable and polite but its pretty small and a bit depressing. Changerooms are more like just a big bathroom. I took a class here via classpass and while I got a nice sweat out of the visit and the instructor was good, I couldn't wait to get out of Cardio Go. Just found it too grim.
