My friends and I were there for over 10 minutes without even a hello, if that weren't enough a couple came in after us and the manager directed an employee to help them immediately. I was truly appalled by their indifference towards us just because we didn't look wealthy. Yet were ready to drop over a Grand on a bike... Oh well their loss

These guys are awesome. First of all, the place is clean and welcoming always busy. The sales and service staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff are down to earth people and very pleasant to to talk to.
I bought a mountain bike for my son. They encouraged my son to test ride a few bikes and it made our decision so much easier.They didn't try to sell me a bike I didn't...
