Appointment Wait Time
I believe the problem with the wait time for an appointment may have to do with the amount of vehicles that have been sold. Every second car you see is a Hyundai. I love my little Accent and other than regular maintenance issues, completely problem free. I too am quite annoyed with the wait time to get an appointment, however, I have noticed that they are building on new service bays. At least this company is doing something to fix the problem. Good Job!
Appointment Wait Times
Just called, for an appointment and the earliest I could get in was 2 months time. Apparently they are backed up, yet this has been the case every time I try to make an appointment. What does this say about their vehicles if their garage is always blocked. I have to use my vehicle for two months when I know there are serious safety problems that should be addressed.
Service appointments at Capital Hyundai
First off let me say that I am totally satisfied with my Hyundai and the work preformed by Capital Hyundai to date. However, I find the wait time for scheduled maintenance to be unsatisfactory. I purchased the FREE RIDE contract and am currently waiting 7 weeks for my scheduled 36k service. Is anyone else having a similar experience?
