Ideal destination
my very first impression of this hotel is the hospitality and courtesy of the staff. They are so welcome and very helpful. i experienced a night in this hotel last week. that was very comfortable with the clean air, the tasty food. What a nice night!

Excellent location but needs renovations.
November 23, 2014Location is excellent. Service was good and they responded quickly but we booked the room for three people and had to ask for a set of towels, a glass and a mug for the third person both nights of our two night stay. The tap in the bathtub dripped and the fan did not work well. Everything was tidy but showing signs of wear.

Substandard for a hotel charging 150$/night
November 23, 2014Rooms were fairly ok, however air conditioning was below standards. Level of cleanliness was acceptable. its in Downtown Ottawa so places were fairly accessible on foot. Bus stations just few meters away.
