The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. The products offered are excellent, especially the Briggs and Reilly suitcases and laptop bags. They also have the cutesy kids backpacks.

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this place twice for warranty related repairs on my luggage. They have an incredible attitude towards customers who are doing repairs.
