Great customer service

October 11, 2010

The staff here really care. Time is taken to explain the costs, and possible causes of a particular problem. Also, additional work that is not requested (and then charged) does not happen, unless requested. I had problems with a heater in my car, and the solution was finally found with a follow up visit.
